At PEEC Support Services our mission is to empower students, families, and their support networks to be fully engaged in the educational process by identifying and addressing barriers to learning, whether academic, social-emotional, behavioral, or adaptive.

Grounded in psychological expertise and a deep understanding of educational systems, we partner directly with schools, families, and community agencies to support students’ educational success and overall well-being.

Our collaborative, equity-driven approach ensures that every student receives the tools and support they need to thrive.

Welcome

Our Practice

PEEC is a service-driven practice that partners with schools, families, and communities to support student success. We provide comprehensive psychological and educational services including student evaluations, direct interventions, and consultative support. In addition, we offer professional development and training for school staff on topics that promote student wellness, educational equity, and improved academic and behavioral outcomes.

Founded in 2023 by LaKesha Buggs-Hall, PEEC (Psychological–Educational–Empowering–Collaborative Support Services) was created to support students by addressing barriers to learning through equity-driven, student-centered services.

As a Nationally Certified and Ohio-licensed School Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, LaKesha recognized the need for a practice that partners with schools and families to improve academic, social-emotional, and behavioral outcomes. PEEC is built on values of empowerment, collaboration, and advocacy, supporting students and those who care for them every step of the way.
